Hosting & Access Terms
All e-learning modules are developed using Adobe Captivate and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are hosted on a secure subdomain of our website.
Hosted access includes:
- Secure learner login
- Browser-based access across modern devices
- Routine platform maintenance and updates
Hosting is provided as a service and does not transfer ownership of the hosting platform, LMS infrastructure, or proprietary systems.
Access to hosted courses is granted for the duration of the agreed hosting period. Continued access requires an active hosting or maintenance agreement. If hosting is discontinued, alternative delivery options—such as SCORM export—may be requested and may involve additional fees.
Final course access, SCORM packages, or project files are released only after full payment is received.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure uptime and availability, temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for third-party outages, client internet access issues, or unsupported devices.
Delivery FAQ
How will my course be delivered?
By default, your course is hosted on a secure subdomain of our website. This allows your learners to access the training without you having to install or manage an LMS.
Can I use my own LMS?
Yes. If you require delivery to your own LMS, we can provide a SCORM package generated from Adobe Captivate. This option must be selected before development begins.
Can the delivery format change later?
Delivery format changes after development has started may require additional work, testing, or re-publishing and may result in additional fees. All delivery decisions are finalized during the discovery phase.
Do I own the course?
You retain rights to your content, branding, and subject matter. We retain ownership of proprietary templates, workflows, hosting infrastructure, and production systems unless otherwise stated in writing.
What happens if I stop hosting?
If hosted access ends, learners will no longer be able to access the course through our platform. If requested, we can prepare a SCORM export for delivery to your LMS (additional fees may apply).
Is my course accessible on mobile devices?
Yes. Courses are published to be responsive and compatible with modern browsers and devices. Learner experience may vary depending on device type and browser version.
Will you provide the source files?
Adobe Captivate source files are not included unless specifically stated in your agreement. If source files are requested, this must be approved in advance and may involve additional licensing or fees.
When do learners get access?
Learner access is granted after the final payment is received and the course has passed final review and approval.
This page outlines how courses are delivered, hosted, and accessed so there are no surprises later.
